Do you shampoo the interior?

Yes! We use a powerful hot water extractor to shampoo the fabric seats, carpet, and floor mats.

Do all the stains come out?

It’s not possible to go for perfection. The goal is to make a significant difference. Not every stain or blemish will be removed entirely. At the minimum, it’ll be reduced or minimized. Depending on the severity of the condition, the Restorative Interior Cleaning may be a better fit for your needs.

Can you come out to me for this service?

Yes, for this service, we can come out to your home, job, or apartment. All we need is enough space to work on the vehicle. Our van carries water and power to get the job done. Some of the areas we service are Houston, Cypress, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, The Heights, and surrounding areas!

Will my interior be soaking wet?

Absolutely not! We do not drench the interior with water. By the time we’re done (depending on the weather), all fabric material should be around 80% dry. We use air movers to speed up the dry time and use special upholstery tools for shampooing to minimize how much water we introduce into the fabric.

I have a brand-new vehicle. Does it need Full Interior Cleaning?

We offer a few interior cleaning services to meet the level of condition of your vehicle. If you have a brand-new vehicle, you most likely don’t need the Full Interior Cleaning. Instead, you can opt-in for the Mini-Interior Detail and ask us to protect the leather and plastic surfaces.

Do you remove seats?

We don’t remove seats from the interior. We have the proper tools and machines like air compressors, extractor, and steamer to get the job done.

Does this remove smoke odor from my interior?

There’s a difference between cleaning an interior to make it look better and removing an odor from an interior. The Full Interior Cleaning can help reduce an odor, but it would need a smoke odor-specific treatment to eliminate (or greatly reduce) the odor. We do offer smoke odor removal services.

Does the cleaning include the trunk?

The trunk is always included in the Full Interior Cleaning. The only time we might not clean the trunk is if there’s too much clothes, shoes, toys, and larger items in the trunk.

Will there be any chemical smells once you’re done?

The interior will have no smell of chemicals. All you’ll get back is a clean interior.

My pet had an accident in the interior. Can you clean this?

Uh-oh! No worries, we are actually equipped to handle a blood, urine, or fecal matter spot cleaning. Depending on a few variables, we may or may not be able to remove everything. It just depends on what it is.

Can you clean every stain?

Sometimes we’re not able to clean certain areas or fabric due to the condition that it’s in. If we clean it, we might reduce the stain, but we’ll also damage/discolor/fray the material itself. So sometimes we’re limited on what we can do.

What products do you use?

We use a variety of brushes, machines, and chemicals to get the job done. This can range from a $10 glass cleaner to a $2,700 hot water extractor. The products we use are professional grade and are chosen because they are effective.

My interior is really bad. Can you handle it?

We have worked on hundreds of different interiors of all makes, models, and conditions. We are professional detailers that are properly equipped to handle 98% of all interiors. Can I drop off my vehicle at your shop?

Yes, if it’s easier for you to drop off your vehicle to us, you can do that! We are by appointment, so just let us know when you’d like to come in and we can schedule it in! There’s no price difference between our mobile services or dropping it off at our shop (some services are required to be dropped off).
