No worries! We’ve worked at dozens and dozens of apartments. The main thing we need is enough space to work.
It can be difficult to get inside the car and clean the outside where there’s cars right next to us. The detail will take much longer and results will be affected by this.
Usually we’ll just move the car to an open space for a few hours. If you have a garage, even better! We’ll work in there.
We carry our own water and power supply. So if you don’t have an electrical outlet or water spigot nearby, we’ll use our own.
If your apartments have a parking garage, then we’ll take the car to the higher levels to have more space and more sun (for better visibility).
Until now, we’ve never had a problem with working in apartment complexes with management.
For the most part we can. It depends on the type of service you want and the type of location you work at.
For instance, if your car is in a parking garage, that may be a problem depending on property management.
Sometimes they allow mobile detailing services to work there, sometimes they don’t.
I’m not sure on the details of why that is, but once you give us more details, we can find out.
We’ll just need a few more details to see (and probably guess) if that’ll be a problem or not.
We’ll try our very best to accommodate your schedule to make it most convenient for you. But it’s possible that the best option would be to just get the vehicles detailed at your home or apartment.

You can be there when we arrive and then return before we finish. You can be there once we’re finished. Or you can just not be there at all and pay online.

The primary thing we need is access to your vehicle.
So if there’s someone that can give us the keys, leave the garage open, have the car in the driveway, or leave the keys somewhere for us to grab, we can go ahead and get started.
Yes, being a mobile service, we work by appointment only.
We’ve tried being same-day service, and although sometimes that maybe possible depending on where you live and what service you’re interested in, it’s a bit difficult for us to manage.
Houston traffic can be too crazy sometimes to move across town last minute.
We get asked a lot, “How many days in advance do you need to schedule an appointment?”
It really depends. Sometimes it maybe two weeks before our next appointment. Other times it can be the very next day.

You can pay by cash or card, whichever you prefer. Most customers pay card which is absolutely fine with us.
We’ll accept payment once we’re done with the job and you’re happy with the results.
That being said, if you need to leave before the job is completed, you can pay then. We can also send you an online invoice to pay online.
