Premium, long-lasting window film for your RV’s comfort, privacy, and heat protection
Houston’s heat can be brutal—with over 200 days of sunshine per year, driving or living in your RV can feel like sitting in an oven. Especially if you travel to cities that are hotter like Las Vegas or Phoenix. Whether you’re commuting across the city, parked at a site, or exploring across the US highways, untinted RV windows let in punishing sunlight that heats up your interior fast.
At R3 Detailing, we specialize in high-quality window tinting for RVs, motorhomes, and camper vans, giving you maximum heat rejection, increased privacy, and a clean, elevated look—all while protecting your RV’s interior from UV damage.
🔥 Stay Cooler with Heat Rejection
RV windows are large and attract a lot of heat. Without tint, your A/C has to work overtime just to keep up. Our heat-rejecting films—especially our ceramic option—block up to 95% of heat so your RV stays comfortable and energy-efficient.
🕶️ Enhanced Privacy
Whether you’re parked at a campground or stopped at a rest area, you deserve privacy. Window tint helps keep wandering eyes out while still allowing you to enjoy natural light inside.
🎨 Upgraded Appearance
Tint gives your RV a polished, modern look. It’s like sunglasses for your vehicle—sleek, clean, and professional. It also boosts curb appeal if you ever decide to sell.
💥 Safer Glass
Accidents happen. If your RV glass shatters, tint helps hold the fragments together, reducing interior damage and injury risk.
You’re not alone. Many RV owners come to us after a bad tint job—film that discolors, bubbles, or fails within months. That’s usually due to low-quality film or improper installation.
At R3 Detailing, we use only premium HITEK film, installed in at our shop by trained professionals. Our film won’t fade, crack, or peel—and it’s backed by a lifetime warranty.
At R3 Detailing, we don’t cut corners. We offer a premium, bubble-free window tint installation. The film we use is backed by a lifetime warranty against bubbling and fading. The film we use and the quality installs we do are meant to last for years! Here’s the process to install tint:
Surface Prep & Removal
We remove any old tint and thoroughly clean your RV’s glass surfaces from debris or adhesive residue to prep for the next step.
Cutting & Fitting
Our technicians cut, shrink, and fit the film to each window with precision. Some windows are harder than others due to the design of your RV, but nonetheless, we’ll do a clean and quality job.
Inspection & Finishing
Final inspection ensures smooth edges, no debris under the film, and long-lasting adhesion.
We tint a lot of cars at our shop, including tinting a lot of Teslas which are infamous for being more difficult due to the glass, so we transfer all that knowledge and skill to your RV.

R3 Detailing offers a wide range of interior, exterior, and film services to keep your RV, car, or truck in top condition.
Full Interior Cleaning: This is our most popular interior cleaning. The goal is to turn your car’s interior from dirty to clean. It’s a great way to “reset” your interior.
Mini-Interior Detail: This is made as a maintenance interior cleaning. There’s no heavy cleaning or shampooing. It’s to keep your car’s interior up to standard throughout the months.
Water Damage Restoration: Did you leave a window down during a heavy rain storm? Did flood water get into your vehicle? This service is made specifically to get water out of your interior before it gets worse.
Smoke Odor Removal: Does your car’s interior have a smoke odor to it? Our process aims to reduce and remove the odor at the source with a thorough cleaning and ozone treatment. We don’t mask the smell.
Paint Correction: We remove the swirls, scratches, water spots, and oxidation from your paint to bring out maximum gloss and clarity. We offer multiple options that best fits your needs.
Ceramic Coating: Add incredible gloss to your paint while adding protection that will last for years. The coating repels water, dirt, and grime that makes maintaining your vehicle much easier to do.
Wash and Wax: An exterior detail you can do once or twice a year to keep the paint in great condition. We clean the wheels, wash the vehicle, perform a clay bar treatment, and apply a quality sealant to the paint for gloss and protection.
Paint Overspray Removal: If your paint feels really rough when you run your hand over it, and even see tiny specs of paint across the vehicle, then that’s paint overspray. We safely remove it from your paint, wheels, and glass.
Premium Wash: A gentle but thorough swirl-free hand wash. We clean the wheels and tires, wash and dry the vehicle, clean the door jambs, clean the glass, and dress the tires.
Engine Cleaning: A safe and thorough top-surface level cleaning of the engine bay followed by dressing the plastic and rubber components.
Headlight Restoration: Are your headlights foggy and hazy? We sand, polish, and protect your headlights to turn them back to like-new so you have better visibility at night (while improving the overall appearance).
Window Tint: Add privacy to your interior, block the heat to keep it cool during summer, and upgrade the overall look of your vehicle with premium window tint. We offer it in both ceramic and carbon film.
Paint Protection Film (PPF): This is hands-down the best form of protection you can have on your vehicle. The paint will be protected for many years from swirls, scratches, bird dropping, and even debris that will cause rock chips.
Vinyl Wrap: Change the color of your car to whatever you want with vinyl wrap. Whether it’s a complete color change, only wrapping the hood and roof, or even doing a chrome delete, you can really customize the way your vehicle looks.
